Shipping Information For Domestic And International Packages

Our highest priority is that your online shopping experience with Sacred Art Jewelry be pleasant from start to finish, and we do all we can to make it so. Please never hesitate to contact us concerning orders, special needs in shipping or with other questions.

Quality Guarantee!

At Sacred Art Jewelry we stand firmly behind the quality of all the items we offer. They are top quality elements that can be worn on their own or used to create wonderful jewelry designs. Made using the best casting and materials available. Should you experience a break during the first 30 days, we will replace your piece at no cost to you. 


If you have received a defective item, please write or call within 10 days with your intention to return your piece, and provide a photo of the damaged item.

To make the return once it has been approved, please pack your item the same way it was received to insure its safe return.

Please note: Items over 10 days delivered without having received a notice of intent to return will be considered accepted and  nonrefundable.

Our items are handmade and purchased to fulfill your order. For this reason, we must charge a 15% restocking fee to any returned items, unless the item is found to be defective.


Your personal information is hidden from everyone, protected via industry standard data encryption of all information transferred from your computer to the website. Please note the Secure Site Certificate link at the top of the page.

For United States purchases all credit and debit cards are accepted via as Paypal. There are other international options.

PAYPAL’S SECURE ONLINE PAYING SYSTEM offers several options and it’s the best and most secure method of payment, since no one, including me, ever has any access to any of your financial information. 

Paypal also handles Direct Bank Transfers and Echecks, both domestic and international.

A Paypal account is not required in order to complete a transaction. All Paypal usually requires is your email address (varies country) in order to send you your payment notification.

Order Processing and Shipping

We receive your orders from our warehouse in California twice per week. Please, allow one to two weeks for delivery within the US; three to five weeks for international delivery.

U.S. Customers 

Shipping schedules will vary due to special circumstances, federal holidays and postal service delays.

Most domestic packages ship via U.S.P.S. First Class Service, but Priority Shipping is also available. 

A tracking number is always included for your peace of mind. You will receive an email and may also track your package directly from your Paypal account.

Priority Mail pieces are insured against loss, damage, or missing contents, up to a maximum of $50.00.

International Customers ~ Worldwide Shipping

Shipping schedules will vary due to special circumstances, federal holidays and postal service delays.

It is highly recommended that you use Paypal to process your payment. Just press the Paypal button when you are ready to check out. You will be able to use your credit card, and there will be no issue with the postal codes, etc. that may cause your order to be rejected otherwise.

You may also Contact Us, if your order is not accepted the system for any reason, and we will gladly send you a Paypal invoice with all the items in your cart for your convenience.

Medal packages ship via US Postal First Class International at a Flat Rate

The United States Postal Office is not providing Customs Declaration numbers anymore so international packages can no longer be tracked using that method.

Contact us if you have questions about international shipping, insurance and tracking. 

Estimated delivery is 10 to 15 days to arrive to your country + any customs delays. These can vary from a few days to one month, depending on the country and circumstances.

Sacred Art Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
